At Deans Events, we have a vast range of high-quality stock to transform your venue and take away the stress of dressing your festive party rooms. All of our stock is carefully maintained to the highest standards, with our equipment meeting all relevant Health & Safety requirements.
From Initial Ideas to the Final Details
If you’re interested in a quotation, we’ll start by gathering some simple details from you, including images of the room, measurements where necessary, and any preferred Christmas or winter wonderland themes you have in mind.
From there, we’ll create a bespoke quotation along with images and visual references of the décor we’re suggesting, allowing you to see how your ideas could come together before making any decisions.
For larger or more intricate projects, where there are multiple areas of décor to consider, we’re more than happy to arrange a site visit. This gives us the opportunity to walk through the space with you, discuss your ideas and help you envisage exactly how the finished room will look on the night.
We Take Care of Everything
Once your Christmas party décor is confirmed, we liaise directly with your venue on your behalf. We take care of any Health & Safety requirements and work closely with the venue team to ensure everything is planned and delivered smoothly – taking the organising stress away from you.
Our experienced team works efficiently and professionally, setting up within the time slots stipulated by your venue and ensuring all décor is removed promptly at the end of your event or in the early hours of the morning, depending on the venue’s requirements.
